Ed Colledge
Ed has more than 40 years experience working in the automotive and accounting industries. His career started with Ford Motor company before Colledge's in 1968. Ed is an innovator in the automotive industry with more achievements than we can write in a small bio. A few achievements to mention include creating a national training network for car dealer manufacturers; initiating and conducting the first automotive industry specific accounting seminars; presenting the first automotobile Dealer Convention in 1968; developing the first computer online systems in the 80s; and he was the first to understand and install within DMS the micro computer (prior to Microsoft!). Ed also co-ordinated an Australian education model linking "credit for prior learning" together with a program allowing the automotive industry to conduct their own distance education training programs. Ed is a founding member of AutoTeam Australia and has international recognition having set up overseas companies, mainly in China.

Ed is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and remains a practising Accountant and taxation specialist. His other main areas of influence include automotive industry advice, restructuring, succession planning, training new Dealer Principals, and buy/sell agreements. He is the man automotive franchise dealers seek for innovative business advice, for his ability to think outside the square, set objectives and motivate confidence to business operators. Ed remains a sought after speaker on automotive and accounting industry matters.

Ian Head
A purpose driven accounting, taxation and financial planning professional with vision and integrity. These attributes characterise Ian Head's partnership role with Colledge's and his previous roles of Company Secretary and Director of Finance with the Law Institute of Victoria.  Ian joined Colledge's in 2003 and has played a significant part in further developing the firm's professional services in accounting, taxation, succession planning and the introduction of financial planning.  Ian's professional qualifications include Bachelor of Business, Fellow of CPA Autralia, Grad Dip in Computing and an authorised representative in financial planning.

John Croce 
Highly regarded as Colledge's small business expert, John has major influence in small business strategic planning and taxation. Joining Colledge's in 2001, since becoming a Partner, John specialises in taxation, management accounting, cashflows, company formations and trusts. With a background working in IT/telecommunications, health, start-up and public companies, John has a broad perspective of accounting and business planning in various fields. John is also a Principal in Colledge's bookkeeping business Activity Based Bookkeeping Services. John has degrees in Accounting and Business Administration which enables him to take on many of the IT and HR tasks involved within Colledge's. 

Angelo Sirianni
Joining Colledge's in 2007, Angelo was appointed as Partner in April 2010. Angelo's principle role is as Senior Automotive Dealer Specialist having come from a background at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia in finance and automotive dealer development. In a 23 year accounting career, with the last 15 years within the automotive industry at Toyota, Angelo has developed unique industry experience through advising franchise automotive dealer operations.  Angelo is excited being in a leading-edge accounting and consulting firm which contains over 40 years automotive retail knowledge. His major focus is in providing value-added services and a point of difference for franchise automotive dealers with innovative Profit Sales Improvement (PSI) programs, automotive and accountant industry forums and training, automotive franchise dealer coaching and internet. He is frequently called upon to speak at automotive industry groups and successfully facilitates various forums and training program. Angelo is also a Principal (with John Croce) in Activity Based Bookkeeping Services. Angelo has a Bachelor of Business Accounting and is a CPA with over 20 years experience in corporate accounting, taxation and business consulting.

Susan Mukumi

Susan is the newest member on our team, having joined in September 2010. She has a strong back ground in administration and training, having spent over ten years teaching/training both in Australia and Japan. She is full of enthusiasm for her new role as Executive Assistant to a dynamic team and is eager to continue to broaden her vocational training skills and knowledge of accounting principles.

Lauren Tyler
Lauren joined Colledge's in February 2009 and is the person who will usually greet you at the office or over the phone. She brings four years of accounting administration experience, along with an enthusiasm to professionally develop both within Colledge's and through external training courses.
